- Kindly bring this invitation card with you.
- Invites are requested to be in their seats by 10.00a.m.
- All are requested to stand when the academic procession enters the hall and remain standing till members of the procession have taken their seats.
- When the Graduation Function is over, kindly standup and remain standing in their places till the procession leaves the hall.
- Only official Photographers will be allowed to take Photographs during the ceremony.
- Graduates should wear formal dress only.
- Spot Registration starts by 9.00a.m.
- Graduates must assemble at the hall at 9.30a.m.
- Mobile Phones are not allowed inside the hall.
- Kindly avoid bringing parents / relatives as they cannot be accommodated in the main hall. Parents / relatives will be seated in a separate hall where they can see the graduation proceedings as live telecast.
- College Buses are arranged from Dindigul Bus Stand (Near Venkateshwara Lodge)between 8.00a.m. and 9.00a.m.
