1. Kindly bring this invitation card with you.

2. Invitees are requested to be in their seats by 9.00 a.m.

3. All are requested to stand when the academic procession
    enters the hall and remain standing till members of the procession
    have taken their seats.

4.When the Graduation Function is over, kindly stand up and remain
    standing in their places till the procession leaves the hall.

5.Only official Photographers will be allowed to take Photographs during the  ceremony.

6. Graduates should wear formal dress only .

7. Spot Registration starts by 8.30 a.m.

8.Graduates must assemble at the hall at 9.00 a.m. Late comers
   will not be entertained.

9. Mobile Phones are not allowed inside the hall.

10.Parents /relatives will be seated in a separate hall where they can
     see the  graduation proceedings as live telecast.

11. Registration fee for Convocation function is RS.200/-

12.Refundable deposit for convocation Robe is RS.100/- which will be
     returned  on returning the Robe.

13. College Buses are arranged from Dindigul Bus Stand
          (Near Venkateswara Lodge) between 8.00 a.m. and 8.30 a.m.
