In today’s competitive job market, employers expect graduates to have a range of skills and first-hand experience of the workplace. While this seems a daunting task, we at PSNA provide innumerable support and provide ample opportunities to help the students develop the requisite skills and expertise to make them employable graduates. The Training & Placement Cell guides the students develop their ability to articulate their skills and domain knowledge to the prospective employers. The Cell organises internships during summer and winter vacation periods to all the pre-final year students in leading industries and companies with a view to making them industry-ready. Students also are encouraged to take standardized tests or certificate courses that are recognized for placement in other subject areas. The Cell also plays a major role in shaping up the career goals of students with valuable inputs like analytical and interpersonal skills. Besides providing support to entrepreneurial ventures, we keep our employability services up to date with the demands of the job market and aim to ensure that our graduates are in the strongest position possible when they leave us.
